By: Liz Riegel - April 22, 2009"New ideas for the new realty reality""......Next month, "A Taste of Spring" at Spring Hill Farm in New Hope will be held to promote and support the Fox Chase Cancer Center state-of-the-art radiation therapy facility slated to open this summer in Buckingham. ...........all proceeds will benefit the Fox Chase Cancer Center. Local culinary luminaries Jim Hamilton of Hamilton's Grill and Andrew Abruzzese of the Pineville Tavern will be on hand displaying their skills with an assortment of recipes. ...........This type of celebrating the finest of talent and culture in Bucks County is very important to Lisa James Otto. She was born here and grew up in New Hope. Her father, Wynne James Jr. was one of the first Realtor/brokers in the area. Her mother, Elizabeth James, owned Elizabeth James Country Properties. Lisa James Otto Country Properties has offices New Hope and Stockton. "I'm trying to engender enthusiasm not only in the properties but in the area as well," she said. Having grown up surrounded by the artists, actors and intellectuals a town like New Hope can supply gave her an appreciation early on of the unique and ample beauty this area provides. Through that background and her expertise, she works to bring all together: cultural appreciation, altruism and intelligent marketing to stimulate upper-tier real estate sales."Article for the event in the Bucks County Herald - May 28, 2009
